Hello!
I'm Lauren, a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst who specializes in replacing challenging behaviors with pro-social, functional replacement behaviors that meet the same need of the learner. I have applied the science of behavior analysis in a variety of settings including the home, clinic, community, private, and public school settings while supporting a diverse caseload of learners.

Behavioral communication family plan
This package is best for families with a learner who is demonstrating higher rates of challenging behavior. The purpose of the Behavioral Communication Family Plan is to hypothesize the function, or the reason why the individual is engaging in undesired behavior in order to teach pro-social replacement behaviors so the learner can get their same needs met, appropriately.

This package is best for families with a priority of building up age appropriate communication, social, and adaptive skills. The purpose of the Skill Building Family Plan is to determine areas of concern and provide caregivers with the tools they need to successfully teach their learners within their natural environments.
proactive comprehensive family plan
The Proactive Comprehensive Family Plan encompasses elements of both the Behavioral Communication Family Plan and the Skill Building Family Plan. It is best suited for families who desire to take a proactive approach by targeting behavior reduction with a Functional Behavior Assessment, an individualized Behavior Intervention Plan, and an individualized Family Plan to teach pro-social replacement behaviors while also building up other prevalent age appropriate communication, social, and adaptive skills.

Behavior Tip Tuesday is designed to help parents, caregivers, and educators understand behavior and learn some general tips on how to respond to teach and maintain appropriate communication, daily living, and social skills.
Behavior Tip Tuesday is pricied at $30 per month.
What’s next?
Family style packages are not guarenteed to produce desired results within the timeline of completing a service package. Changing behavior, even as an adult takes a great deal of time, effort, and consistent planning. In order for family style packages to be effective, caregivers must first commit to being open to modifying their own behavior in order to best support their learner. Intervention plans will be created with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and reviewed with the family before implementation.
If additional support is requested by the family following the completion of one of the family style packages, the hourly rate is $100 per hour. Additional coaching and training will be provided upon written request.
